A minor surgical procedure to remove a portion of, or the whole nail to reduce pain or infection in ingrowing toenails. This is carried out under local anaesthetic. Phenol is applied to the nail matrix to stop the regrowth of the troublesome part of the nail.

Treatment of verrucae (plantar warts) with the novel Swift system. This often painless procedure applies microwaves to the area of the wart helping to kick-start their resolution. This can also be used for the treatment of warts on the hands.
